Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after your purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Once processed, your order will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates
Enjoy free shipping on all orders! However, shipping rates apply for returns. 

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation email, reach out to us at support@fitouette.com and we’ll look into it.

Delays or Issues
